Control of Stucture

You can define virtually any type of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for your project. Different structures may be designed to meet varied reporting requirements: Responsibility, Asset, Alliance, Phase, Code of Accounts etc. Structures may then be employed for reporting multi-job or multi-project scenarios by pre-defined category, work area, location, client or whatever meets your needs.

Reporting

JobPROMS has powerful tabular graphical reporting:

	Summary cost statements at any level of your reporting structures (WBS/OBS/CBS etc.)
	Detailed interrogation of commitment, expenditure, change control and resource utilisation
	on-screen drill-down interrogation through all levels of your structures
	ability to tailor standard reports and to create your own reusable report templates
	Adhoc reports / queries designed in MS Access can be added to the JobPROMS reports menu
	Batch Reporting facility allows month end reports to be grouped and run as a single action

Budget, Commitment, Expenditure, Invoice, Forecast and Variance Costs

JobPROMS monitors all the important types of costs involved in project control. You can break down project and job estimates into as much or as little detail as actually required for effective control. If required, JobPROMS has the ability to sub-divide work packs into standard cost code of account conventions. The system includes separate registers to record and allocate commitments, invoices, expenses, time and accruals as well as change control modules for tracking changes in scope, budget transfers and trends. History of Budget and Forecast movements can be compared on reports using user defined report functions. Actuals can be calculated for report cut-offs and selected periods.

Cash Flows and Cost Trending

JobPROMS can define all cost types against a time window to generate cash flow reports for budget, committed, forecast and invoiced costs.

Time Sheeting

JobPROMS provides a time recording facility capable of handling hundreds of staff, time writing against hundreds of projects.

Interfaces

JobPROMS User Module may be linked to external corporate systems and to other project systems both to import and export project data.

Multi-Currency

JobPROMS incorporates multi-currency features to enable projects to be controlled and reported in different currencies. This includes tracking orders and expenditures in currencies other than the project currency with variable exchange rates.
